If you’re still working out the details, we can assist with pre-construction planning and connect you with a designer if needed. We also understand that many homeowners need help figuring out the best path forward. We can assist with planning, help clarify the scope of work, and coordinate with outside professionals when needed, so your project feels organized from the start.

For handyman services, our pricing starts at $180 for a service call which includes the first hour. Additional time is billed at $90 per hour.

For larger, more detailed, or carpentry-focused projects, pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, and project details. Tell us about your project, and we can work with you to review the scope and provide an estimate.

We accept credit, debit, and e-transfer payments.

For larger projects and renovations, cheque payments are also available.

This may include reviewing site conditions, helping define the scope, coordinating measurements, recommending designers or other professionals if needed, gathering subcontractor and supplier pricing, and developing a detailed estimate.

Planning services are billed at $90 per hour. Any outside professional fees, such as design, drafting, engineering, or site measuring, would be discussed with you in advance before proceeding.

Should you decide to move ahead with construction with us, a portion of the planning fees will be credited toward your first construction invoice.
